Sourcing

Birmingham Aluminium works in partnership with extrusion mills and multi-metal suppliers through the UK and Europe offering the optimum mix of price, quality and delivery.

Toolmaking

Our tool making facility offers speedy and competitively priced tooling. Fully maintained by our very experienced toolmakers.

Saw cutting

A range of fully and semi-automatic extrusion saws enable Birmingham Aluminium to cut extruded profiles accurately to extremely tight tolerances, leaving an excellent surface finish.

Machining

Birmingham Aluminium has an extensive range of CNC machining centres, milling machines, multi-head drilling and tapping machines to enable components to be manufactured to a very high quality at competitive prices.

Presswork

Birmingham Aluminium's range of presses include fly and power presses. Combined with in-house tool making makes us very competitive and able to respond to short lead times.

Deburring

Birmingham Aluminium's deburring facilities include:
