General Information
Performance Figures are for guidance purposes only and are for natural convection operating conditions with a 60°c temperature rise with a centrally mounted heat source and vertically mounted fins for a black anodised heatsink.
Warning: care should be taken when handling exposed operational heatsink surfaces which may become very hot.
Specifications: unless otherwise specified all heatsinks are in Aluminium Alloy 6063 T6 to EN755-9 : 2001. General cut length tolerance is +/- 0.4mm.
Finish: heatsinks can be supplied mill finish, black anodised, alocromed, powder coated, natural or coloured anodised to customer specifications.
Fabrications: a full machining and fabrication service is offered to provide either standard hole patterns for popular devices or non-standard to customer requirements. Custom tool making is an integral part of our manufacturing process.
Device clips and pins: a range of solderable pins and wireforms is available for board mounted heatsinks, together with a series of device clips.
Custom design: the design and manufacture of non-standard profiles is available to supplement our product range.
Other products: a range of complimentary products is available including Modem boxes, enclosures, panels and chassis.
